A fat, gaily dressed man stands with his head up, hand shielding his eyes. A swarm of small flies hover above his head and alight on his large nose.
Behind him, a parrot sits on top of its cage, and a dog, sitting before him looks up and barks at the man.
Behind a picket fence are a neat row of colouful tulips, butterflies hover above them.
