A corpulent bishop strides across the image in profile (the sinecure). He has casually made off with, tucked under his left arm, a duck who cries Quack! Quack!! Quack!!!, a sheaf of wheat and a pig, in his outstretched hand he holds the Bible . From his waistcoat pocket protudes a bottle of liquor. His cheek and large protuding nose are red and pockmarked and he smokes from a long pipe. Behind him, to the right, a pig leans over the fence crying Stop Thief! And to the left a pair of terrified farmers look on.
