The Musician stands, in cloak and top hat with wind pipes taped around his neck; Landed Interest and Sliding Scale. He plays a triangle; Whig, Tory, Radical, Conservative. On his back is a large drum; House of Lords.
A group of three boys, one with a hoop, watch him play, and behind him a stern faced figure walks away looking back at him.
